The 2050 Residential Complex is located in Darbandsar, one of the neighborhoods of the greater Shemshak area, within the Rudbar-e Qasran district of Shemiranat. With a total built area of approximately 10,000 square meters, the project is conceived as a high-end residential development, offering a comprehensive range of amenities including a private lobby, swimming pool, dry and steam saunas, jacuzzi, massage room, green roof, private gym, media room, and playroom. The design emphasizes the use of high-quality materials and contemporary construction systems.

The complex comprises 20 residential units distributed across 10 floors, including 7 residential levels and 3 floors dedicated to shared amenities and services. The spatial organization of the units is designed with a high degree of flexibility, allowing for efficient use of interior spaces and adaptability to different patterns of living.

A significant portion of the total area is allocated to shared spaces, with amenities such as the pool and sauna positioned to take full advantage of expansive views toward the surrounding landscape. This strong visual connection to the natural context is a defining feature of the project.

The overall architectural concept is articulated as a composition of large, rock-like volumes. Through this strategy, the building is conceived not merely as an object within the landscape, but as a new landscape in itself, a constructed topography. It establishes a distinct visual identity within its setting while allowing residents to inhabit and engage with the surrounding views, all while maintaining a strong formal relationship with the character and qualities of the site.
