2020 | Yaser Residential Building

previousnext

The Yaser Residential Building is located between the Niavaran and Jamaran neighborhoods. With a total built area of approximately 11,000 square meters, the project has been designed and planned as a high-end residential development, incorporating a wide range of amenities including a dedicated lobby, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, massage room, private gym, media room, and playroom. The project emphasizes the use of premium materials and modern, luxury construction systems throughout.

The building comprises 10 residential units, each approximately 300 square meters with three-bedroom layouts. These units are distributed across five residential floors, complemented by three additional levels dedicated to shared amenities and services.

The spatial organization of the residential units is conceived with a high degree of architectural flexibility, enabling efficient use of interior spaces and allowing residents to adapt the layout to their needs. Additionally, the generous allocation of shared spaces within the overall floor area, along with access to facilities such as the pool, sauna, and communal hall, constitutes a key feature of the project.

The overall architectural design, which was commissioned at the structural stage, responds directly to the existing structural framework. The proposal seeks to achieve a precise alignment between structural logic and architectural expression, ensuring full coherence between the building’s skeleton and its spatial and formal articulation.
